Over the years I have enjoyed working with individuals, couples, college age adults and older teens. This includes adults suffering from mood disorders, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, PTSD, couples going through difficult times, separation, and divorce. A major part of my practice has been my work with women to address issues of self esteem, body image, depression, and anxiety.
I utilize a combination of treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
