These are the most common afflictions in mental health but they are connected to many other issues going on in our mental health. I am also familiar with ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, and other disorders. I find that everyone is different and we have to find what works for you. I encourage all my clients to practice meditation and write in a journal. I like to help my clients see something they haven't seen before so they can make lasting changes.

I have been working with grief, both normal and complicated, for over 30 years and have specialized training in treating both. For those who are going through a normal albeit difficult time coping with the loss of a loved one, or if you are a caregiver for someone with a stressful illness (e.g., cancer, Alzheimer's), help is here. I also have extensive experience in treating the needs of the LGBTQ community. I strongly prefer to meet clients in person due to the type of interventions I utilize that are more effective this way.
