For over 20 years, I’ve helped people with two types of goals: 1. Personal Growth. You feel pretty good, even great, yet it seems like something's missing. Or perhaps you’re navigating a new level of success and could use some solid and creative support. 2. Challenges and transitions. You may be dealing with past or recent trauma; anxiety; depression; feelings of emptiness; relationship difficulties; artistic impasse; chronic or terminal illness; existential anxiety; or other concerns.

Choosing a therapist can seem overwhelming. Deciding who to share your story with requires an investment of your time, energy and finances. My twenty five years of experience in the fieldnhas helped me to connect with people in a safe and supportive environment to tackle the obstacles life sometimes throws our way. We all can get off track or lose sight of our hopes and goals for the future. Finding the right support during these times is crucial to navigating our way back to the people we love and the life we want for ourselves.

Life happens! We are all on our own unique journey, and sometimes we struggle along the way. The struggle may come in the form of anxiety, depression, grief/loss or distress, and it may be the result of significant changes in your life. Is this stress impacting your health, your relationships, your job, or the overall quality of your life? You don't have to go through this alone. If you are experiencing any of these struggles, I may be able to offer you the help you need, in a kind, caring and collaborative process.
