I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 13 years of experience. I believe in the importance of collaborating with clients to help empower them to achieve their goals, and I am passionate about the power therapy can provide to improve the lives of others. In addition to working with individuals dealing with anxiety and depression, I have a passion in working with infertility/women's issues, as well as surrogacy/gestational carriers, and ART (Assistive Reproductive Therapy).

The work on ourselves is the hardest work we do and asking for help can be even harder. It requires an intimate level of vulnerability and commitment. Commitment to yourself. I can offer you support. I carry a set of skills to assist individuals, couples & families to address a wide range of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief; life stage challenges of family conflict, barriers with family blending, positive parenting strategies, pregnancy or infant loss; or just the burn out and moral injury from the day to day demands of balancing the home and work life.
