Domestic Abuse Therapists in Farmington, CT
You're someone others rely on — capable and accomplished — but internally stuck in patterns you can't fully explain. Or perhaps you're a woman who feels hijacked by her own hormones, reactive and unlike herself in ways she can't control. Or a parent watching your teenager disappear into a digital world that leaves them anxious, depleted, and disconnected from what actually matters.
Many of my clients have tried prior therapy and still feel something isn't shifting. That is exactly where this work begins.

I work with adolescents and adults who are looking for more than symptom management—they want to better understand themselves, feel more grounded in their daily lives, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach combines clinical expertise with a warm, genuine presence, offering a space where clients can slow down, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Together, we work to uncover the underlying patterns that keep people feeling stuck and build a stronger sense of connection to themselves and others. I recently relocated my practice to Madison, Connecticut, where I offer individualized therapy.
