With expertise in multiple methods, I offer a strength based, compassionate, holistic approach w/ a special focus in working with anxiety and stress, and life transitions and challenges including: relationship issues, chronic health, addiction/food related issues, divorce, grief/loss & school/career related changes.
I know taking the first step can be hard, but I am here to work alongside you to meet your goals & to help you feel better. We will take a compassionate & solution focused approach to your challenges. I currently work with a variety of modalities, with a focus on CBT, DBT and various other methods. I also am trained in coaching and crisis consulting.
