About
Now accepting new clients for Telehealth (Virtual) sessions and In Person sessions. Hello! My approach is to provide a non-judgmental and caring place to allow you a positive counseling experience. Many people who I treat seek counseling for the first time -- to work through a crisis--to stop the pain--to feel better about themselves. I understand the struggle and the desire to feel and be better. If you are willing to share your story and engage in the process, I look forward to working with you. I have 20 years of experience working with adolescents, college-age students, student athletes and adults in crisis.
I work with people of all ages who struggle with depression, anxiety, self esteem and relationship issues, to name the most common. My goal is to help you better understand yourself and reach a place of peace and increased life satisfaction. With each client I have respect, compassion and a non-judgmental attitude and recognize that each client is unique.
To help your healing and growth process, I utilize a number of different styles in a holistic way to understand and treat the whole person: strengths-based counseling, uncovering unhealthy thought processes/patterns, anxiety reduction tools, mood improvement strategies, mindfulness and meditation. Late afternoon and evening appointments available.
