Currently Accepting New Clients. Navigating a world that tells us how to think, how to act, what to believe, and how to look is oppressive and traumatic, and can feel disempowering and overwhelming. This can lead to feelings of shame, emptiness, hopelessness, and incongruence, as well nervous system dysregulation and distress (i.e. being in survival mode/fight or flight). I aim to heal those I work with through building resilience to shame, strengthening and regulating the nervous system, and creating a space to step into their most authentic selves. I welcome clients of any gender, sexual orientation, race, or ability.
