I work with teens and adults, a strengths-based and collaborative approach is used to help clients acquire skills and to increase their understanding of challenges. Treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral (CBT), mindfulness based (MBCT), solution focused, behavioral interventions, psychodynamic, trauma focused and play therapy. My approach recognizes the relationship between the brain, mind and body, the role of family and cultural factors, lifespan developmental issues and the importance of promoting hope and empowerment.
At CT Psych Now, we care about helping people live life to the fullest. We use a cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based approach, focusing on helping you create the life you want. I believe therapy should not be a one size fits all approach and will work to provide the intervention that best fits your needs.
Struggling in your day to day is very exhausting and overwhelming. I look forward to working with you so you can be back to your best self! I see clients in-person and via Telehealth Monday through Friday.
