As a therapist, my approach is to provide the tools, insights, and feedback to help you resolve current problems and patterns. I work with each individual to create a unique approach that is respectful of his or her individual needs. My goal is to provide a collaborative, informative, inquisitive, and accepting atmosphere that will help you feel safe, calm, and understood. My experience includes work with individuals, groups, family and couples counseling, addressing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, divorce and separation, and parenting support.
