My strong background in clinical and forensic psychology and over 15 years of experience treating children, adolescents, and adults provide the foundation for our collaborative efforts in overcoming any challenges you may be facing. I practice goal-oriented, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with a focus on individualized treatment tailored to meet your unique needs. I work in both individual and group modalities in an effort to promote your overall health and wellness.
I know it is difficult seek help, and am committed to providing the support you need, with emphasis on building the trust and rapport necessary to create meaningful change. I treat depression, anxiety, trauma, poor self-esteem, relationship issues, parenting stress, family conflict, and psychological manifestations of life transitions.
