If you are struggling with feeling "sucked into the stuckness", overwhelmed with the stress of balancing family and work, needing support while confirming your gender identity and sexuality, intimacy and sexual difficulties, or attempting to work through the lingering effects of previous trauma and/or abuse, then I would be honored to sit with you and listen to your story. We can work together to help you gain perspective and insight, while helping you to move through traumas, transitions, and stressors into a healthier and more productive life.
With over a decade of extensive inpatient and outpatient therapy experience, I have a wealth of experiences to draw from to help provide you with the most individualized therapy possible. Using an integrative therapeutic approach, I am able to utilize elements from several different evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, Schema, REBT, and Trauma Focused
If you are feeling stuck and overwhelmed, I would love to be there for your journey to healing. Please feel free to contact me. I am currently accepting new clients both in-person and for online Teletherapy. I am currently private pay only, and am not currently filing insurance. Afternoon and Evening Appointments available.
