ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS! Hello, I am Cassandra Sanders, licensed by the state of Maryland as a LCPC, Christian Counselor equipped to service all in need of mental health counseling. I am also an approved LCPC Supervisor by the state of Maryland. I served as a military nurse, retiring after 24 years of service. I now devote myself as a counselor bringing a hybrid of experience including working with diverse backgrounds. I provide TELEHEALTH ONLY which allows for my services to help others within my local area, as well as for clients outside of my local area. I am a firm believer in the need for self-care and strong mental health.
My primary goal is to provide clients with a safe space as they enter into their counseling experience. I utilize a collaborative approach to assist clients in discovering inner strength, confidence, and abilities to manage or reduce the chaos, stress, and conflicts in their lives. My counseling assist with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and more.
My treatment approach is client-specific to meet the individual needs for each client. I strive to assist clients in cultivating unconditional self-worth in the face of difficult challenges. I am a firm believer in the need for self-care and strong mental health. I accept most insurances and self pay.
