Somatic and relational tools are critical to a FELT-sense of wellbeing. Whether you're coping with family dysfunction, narcissistic abuse, or life transitions, you're not alone. As a therapist, speaker, and trauma specialist I take a collaborative approach that incorporates neuroscience, attachment, and trauma-informed resources.

Symptoms are one way our bodies tell us something is wrong. You're not broken in need of fixing, you may be injured in need of healing. Just as a cut heals with proper care, our psychological wounds can integrate when given the ideal environment. In a safe therapy space, we make a plan to address the internal and external obstacles to your wellbeing.
