It is my goal to walk beside you through your journey so that you or your loved one can achieve a purposeful life and overcome life's challenges. My nearly fifteen years of experience includes working with youth and adults who have experienced emotional and behavioral challenges, such as anxiety and depression, including working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and intellectual disabilities.
I enjoy working with children, youth, and adults to overcome obstacles, rebuild relationships, and ultimately find their purpose. I use an eclectic and culturally-sensitive therapeutic approach to meet the needs of all individuals. I work from a space of sincere care and compassion for you and your lived experience.
