My field experience includes but not limited to, depression, anxiety, severe and persistent mental illness, stress management, school and work performance and grief and loss. I offer a collaborative and compassionate approach to foster hope, healing and strength.
I believe on of the most important facets of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. Therapy is a relationship between you and the therapist to help you work towards meeting your own individualized needs/goals.
