As a former medical social worker in oncology, I am experienced in helping families cope through the many emotional and practical challenges a medical diagnosis and treatment can bring.
I am also passionate about the mental health of healthcare professionals. I have unique experience treating nurses, physicians and allied healthcare professionals struggling with anxiety, grief, vicarious trauma, medical malpractice stress and burnout. In addition, I treat adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression or distress relating to high pressure careers.
