In therapy, we will work together to help you find relief and overcome obstacles. I specialize in religious trauma which includes deconstructing harmful beliefs and rebuilding a supportive network. Often with past trauma, there are attachment injuries that create unhealthy relationship patterns, substance use and/or behavioral addictions issues. We will find ways to "re-parent" yourself and gain an earned attachment style. I'm passionate about working with couples who have addiction and codependency issues.
In the office or on video, I provide individual and couples counseling to adults. I specialize in processing disenfranchised grief about infertility, religious trauma and addiction/codependency.
