I serve adults who are from underrepresented groups aiming to break free of generational cycles. I help people who want to define healthy boundaries, become comfortable in their own skin, and create a future that serves them- not those around them. My clients are individuals that want to step out of their trauma responses, defense mechanisms, and find healthier options for managing their emotions. We are working towards being able to build and maintain stability long-term. I offer individual therapy through virtual sessions.
I am EMDR trained and specialize in the treatment of extensive trauma history and persistent depression/ anxiety. I tend to work with those who have experienced abuse or neglect. We work to regulate their systems and gain some stability. I use books, homework, and weekly challenges to supplement individual treatment.

Adult Processing Group
This group meets virtually once a month and is a space to process stressors, build your socialization skills, and gain strategies to help you better manage your emotional needs. We integrate open communication, therapeutic exercises, and can focus in on specific needs as they arise. There's not a need to commit to every month, but we are here if you need to join us.
