I am Crystal Thomas, a Resident in Counseling (RIC) with more than 5 years of experience helping teens, adults, and seniors navigate challenges such as anxiety, anger, past traumas, unprocessed grief, betrayal, rejection, resentment, depression, and more. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a certification in Forensic Mental Health Counseling.
In my practice, I focus on helping clients understand how their thought patterns contribute to emotional distress and challenging behaviors. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are—emotionally and mentally—and offering my support as you begin to gain a new understanding of your life story.
