Life is hard, regardless of your circumstance. Sometimes we carry trauma and pain from childhood and our family of origin, sometimes the stress hits us later in life. I have over 15 years of experience working with a wide range of mental and emotional health issues. Through collaboration, empathy, and a strength-based outlook, my goal is to take some of life’s weight off your shoulders. We all deserve to be heard, to be respected, and to be happy.
I use an integrative approach, tailoring my sessions and treatment to each individual’s own unique story and needs. I see people through the lens of Schema Therapy.
