This has been a season of reflection for many of us. If you have noticed patterns of depression, anxiety, irritability or low self esteem in yourself or in your children, you are not alone. Therapy is unique relationship that can allow you to identify and address unhelpful patterns. I work with individuals across the lifespan with a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, stress and anger management.
I graduated from Loyola University of Maryland’s Pastoral Counseling program and am passionate about helping clients explore the relationships between faith and health. My approach is eclectic and most often incorporates Person-Centered, Adlerian, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral concepts.
No matter the concern, you can expect an authentic, empathic, and effective psychotherapist. My primary goal is to help you understand and address the specific barriers that prevent you from accomplishing your goals!
