As a systems-trained therapist, I take a holistic view of an individual, past and present, internal and external factors. I believe that all humans are capable of healing and growth. I work with various modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, and the Gottman Method. My method is strength-based and Humanistic in style.
My intention is to create a collaborative and safe environment, free of judgement. A place where you can explore your inner world, while being held in a compassionate and supportive space.
