My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I love to blend creative therapeutic techniques with evidenced based practices into an approach that is effective, empowering and even fun! I focus on helping clients regulate their nervous system, practice self-compassion, accept what’s beyond their control and align with their ideal self.
