Hi! My name is Crystal Sarbuland. I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist who is experienced in multi/dual cultural challenges, life transitions, faith counseling, anxiety and relationship difficulties. I help you explore your thinking patterns in order to identify, challenge and reframe them in order to improve and/or challenge your view of yourself, the world around you and others. I often use a multi-modal approach in order to use every tool available that has the potential to benefit my clients.
I often work with women and men who have challenges with anxiety, challenges in their culture, faith and interpersonal relationships. I also work with individuals struggling with life transitions, low self-esteem, difficulty with emotional identification and expression as well as tools for conflict resolution.
I aim to provide a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for each of my client's. I take a down to earth approach in order for my clients to feel understood, heard and seen. I love my work and genuinely enjoy walking with each of clients as they embark on their journey of healing, self-discovery and restoration.
