I am trained in DBT, Trauma Informed Care, the Gottman's approach, and I utilize a Person-Centered Approach in all therapies. I also believe in holistic approaches to health care, and use of somatic exercises to calm and heal the mind and body. Additionally, I have a Graduate Certificate in Play Therapy and have experience working with teens and preteens.
