With children, I specialize in play therapy and attachment-based approaches, supporting parents and guardians in recognizing their child’s unique needs and creating supportive plans.
For those who feel drawn to a more creative path to healing, I also offer Art Therapy—an inviting, supportive space where you can explore your emotions and experiences through expression rather than words alone. It’s a gentle way to connect with yourself at your own pace.
