My unique background informs my holistic approach to therapy. I hold both a J.D. and MSW, and am a certified family law mediator. With over 20 years in legal practice, plus extensive training in mental health and mindfulness, I work through a multifaceted lens with a strong understanding of the legal and emotional aspects of divorce and life transitions.

Many people forget their worth or true identity, and lose connection to themselves in periods of shifting family and life dynamics. I support clients by collaboratively creating space for the development of a stronger sense of self during periods of uncertainty.
