Through trauma-informed integrative experiential therapy, we help guide clients in healing intergenerational trauma and cultivating self-compassion. This process demands active engagement and a willingness to embrace new perspectives and emotions.
We offer encouragement and support towards a more congruent self and relationships. Everyone has the resources within them to feel happiness and self-respect however, sometimes negative life events challenge our awareness of these resources.
