I assist you within putting a plan in place to help you move forward, and I love to celebrate your success along the way. I offer an inclusive, safe space with easily accessible virtual appointments, to suit your schedule needs. Helping people live a better life is my passion. Learning boundary setting, working through loss, expression of emotions, life transition, and changing patterns of behavior keeping you stuck is what you can expect from therapy.
