I provide a safe place where adult women can learn tools to break negative patterns so that they can feel empowered to get healing and transform their lives. I want to walk alongside of you to bring healing by helping you investigate triggers, learn to process your emotions, get your needs met, learn to regulate your nervous system, and get you connected to internal safety, love and self-compassion.

I have been trained in several types of Christian inner healing ministry (Sozo, etc) as well as a year long consulting program with Justin and Abi Stumvoll. I enjoy blending my formal education with my spiritual training to form an effective treatment for the whole person. I love to incorporate Jesus into sessions if that would feel healing for you.

I am dually licensed in TX and CA. Please note I am VIRTUAL only and only see women. Sliding scale is available if finances are a concern. I would be honored to go on this healing journey with you.
