I provide psychotherapy for children, adults, and families navigating the many challenges and complexities of life including trauma, substance use, pregnancy, parenting and much more. You or your child may be struggling now yet there is life to be lived beyond the struggle of this moment and everything that has led up to it.
Our work may include depth psychology, somatic therapy, mindfulness, expressive arts, neurorelational play therapy, research-based stress reduction and parenting methods, EMDR, DBT, and other practical tools and problem solving to manage day to day.
