I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, boundary-setting, and life transitions. If you're tired of second-guessing yourself or feeling stuck in the same patterns, you're not alone. Together, we'll work to create clarity and confidence. I currently have limited availability for new adult clients.

In addition to weekly therapy, I offer Therapy Intensives for clients seeking focused or accelerated support. Intensives provide retreat-style care for trauma, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion. Intensives offer clarity on a specific concern without the need for ongoing therapy.

Not everyone needs or wants weekly therapy. Sometimes, a single focused conversation can offer clarity and direction. Together, we’ll move at your pace to understand what you’re carrying, ease anxiety or overwhelm, and help you feel more grounded and supported. When you’re ready, I’m here.
