I help young adults struggling with life transitions, navigating relationships, and uncertainty about their future and life direction. Using CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, I help these individuals recognize negative attachment styles and understand the connection between their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.
