Hi, my name is Crystal Prancevic, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Southern California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in addiction, anxiety, depression, stress, and relational issues. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems to help my clients identify distortions in their thought patterns and acknowledge how their history affects their current behavior and thoughts.
I typically work with clients between the ages of 18 and 65 who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, and depressed. Often my clients are also struggling with addiction as they have used drugs and alcohol to self-medicate the problem.
My goal as a therapist is to make therapy feel welcoming and engaging. I want to connect with my clients and offer them the space to feel comfortable to be able to share anything in a judgment-free setting. I want my clients to look forward to therapy as a space for them to open up about anything and everything.
