Expect real conversation, practical tools, and humor when it fits. I offer virtual EMDR for trauma alongside talk therapy focused on stress management, prevention, and personal growth.
Stress is inevitable; struggling is optional. Adulting is hard and no one gave us a manual but therapy helps. My style is interactive, honest, and occasionally sarcastic, never passive. I don’t do blank stares or endless “how does that make you feel?” loops. For a fast reply, email me directly.
