I am an enthusiastic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Life Coach! When human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My great passion is bringing healing to people who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience. I am driven to “unlocking limiting beliefs” to those in distress or in need of guidance. I help my clients, which include children, young adults, couples and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole, and secure.
Recognizing that no single approach is universally applicable, I have dedicated numerous years to expanding my expertise across various modalities, including Gestalt Play Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, The Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, and a somatic approach in Reality Therapy.
My educational background encompasses an Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University and a Certification as a Life Coach from New Skills Academy. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Angelo State University and a Certification in Reality Therapy.
