As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, veteran, and private practice owner, I create a supportive, affirming space where clients can feel safe, seen, and fully themselves. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I believe healing happens when people feel heard, supported, and able to explore their experiences without judgment.
I work with adults, couples, LGBTQIA+ individuals, BIPOC communities, veterans, and helping professionals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and emotional overwhelm.
Many of my clients are used to carrying heavy responsibilities while quietly struggling with people-pleasing, boundaries, self-doubt, communication issues, financial stress, or the impact of past experiences.
