We are often dealt circumstances that are beyond our understanding and personal control. Many of these experiences distort our perception of who we truly are. My practice focuses on liberation- by overcoming the impact of childhood trauma, shame, eating disorders, self-esteem, anxiety, or difficulty attaching (codependency or anti-dependency). My goal is to join you in your discovery that change is possible. Treatment formats include IFS (parts work), EMDR, Brainspotting, and experiential therapies by Pia Melody's work on childhood trauma/codependency.
I integrate EMDR & Brainspotting, addressing trauma at its core, facilitating rapid and lasting healing, & promoting emotional well-being. I specialize in childhood trauma, codependency, anxiety & eating disorders. I'm Certified in Complex Trauma Level II, Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional, EMDR II, Brainspotting, CBT-E & IFS Trained Level 1.
I believe in the collaborative process & am here to guide you inward toward the parts of yourself you may have forgotten, the patterns that have been challenging to look at, and ultimately, the barriers that keep you from having the most fulfilling experiences.
