We are often dealt circumstances that are beyond our understanding and personal control. Many of these experiences distort our perception of who we truly are. My practice focuses on liberation-whether overcoming childhood trauma, shame, eating disorders, self-esteem, anxiety, or difficulty attaching (codependency or anti-dependency), my goal is to join you in your discovery that change is possible. Treatment formats include IFS (parts work), EMDR, Brainspotting, and experiential therapies.
I specialize in trauma, codependency, anxiety & eating disorders. I'm Certified in Complex Trauma Level II, Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional, PIT model for childhood trauma/codependency, EMDR II, Brainspotting, CBT-E, & Rewiring the Anxious Brain. I am uniquely equipped to support career changes with a dual Masters in Social Work & Human Resources.
