I am a licensed psychologist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults. I use a strength-based, collaborative, and multicultural approach when I work with my clients. I believe in creating an honest and warm therapeutic environment while developing a strong rapport with each client or family as we work towards meeting their treatment goals. I utilize evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help individuals become the best versions of themselves.
I am passionate about working with individuals through the lifespan with challenges related to anxiety, specific phobias, depression and other mood disorders, trauma, trichotillomania, school anxiety, testing anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and parenting difficulties.
I also have specialized training in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) in children and adults by providing exposure and response prevention treatment. Additionally, I conduct psycho-educational assessments that examine specific learning disorders as well as ADHD for children and adults.
