I chose to become a mental health professional because I myself have had many life experiences that have required me to pivot when things just weren't working. I work with my clients to revitalize their journey and help them tell the story they want to tell. I've found that as humans we seek connection and belonging in this world and as a practice I strive to live each day to the fullest.
