I work from a strengths based perspective, which means that I focus on the positives which can be hard for you to see right now. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness activities, and client centered approaches to aide you in learning coping skills for everyday situations.
I'm trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for use with trauma. Working together, we can make your days brighter, more relaxed, and altogether tranquil. Rebalance your home life, improve relationships, and wake up feeling more confident and in control.
