I enjoy working with all women, teens, and emerging adults 16 - 25, blended families, and pre-marital, married, and dating couples. I specialize in helping with adulting, anger, anxiety, depression, faith and spiritual issues, peer relationships, people-pleasers, relationship issues, self-esteem, women's issues, work-life balance, and trauma. I welcome clients to join me outside for walk-and-talk therapy (weather permitting). Also, when mutually agreed upon, I integrate Christian principles into my therapy.
I walk alongside my clients, helping them live out their values to reach their goals. I help bridge gaps between painful moments, lessening feelings attached to memories that block progress toward your desires for your life trajectory, and improving relationships. When necessary, EMDR or Brainspotting will be used. Being authentically YOU is welcomed.
