Going through life with no guidance is hard enough, but having a support system in place can ease life stressor's. I believe individuals should live a fulfilled life as a healthy whole person. I take an integrative and holistic approach to healing the mind, the physical, the spiritual and the psychological. I enjoy working with couples, women of all ages, and adolescents. I have worked with Anger management, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD/trauma and much more. My primary goal is to encourage, uplift, and build confident individuals.
My approach is integrative and holistic and I use a variety of therapies from DBT, CPT, mindfulness practices, strengths-based, positive psychology, meditation, to yoga. I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and I use it in my work with couples.
