About
Are you an introvert? How about a busy parent with no time to set aside for hour-long sessions? Or do you dread face-to-face interaction when working through life's challenges? If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, I invite you to schedule an appointment. My goal as a therapist is to create safe spaces for all my clients, tailored to their unique needs and preferences. With late hours (for the busy parents out there), video sessions, phone sessions, and text messaging options available, I'm confident that I can provide an avenue of communication that best suits you.
I offer a one-time video session followed by text therapy services if desired. Past clients often say having the option to text is what introverts’ dreams are made of, and I'm here to make that dream reality. Whether you're experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction or feeling misunderstood, I promise you are not alone.
I've had the privilege of assisting clients with managing complicated mental health concerns like harm reduction, addiction, anxiety, depression, and other challenging hardships. Whether you're an introvert or a new parent who's always on the go, let's discuss if we're the right fit and explore how we can work together to achieve lasting results.
