I am a marriage and family therapist because I believe in the effectiveness of systemic therapy and the importance of the family unit in our community. The concerns that bring you to therapy did not happen without specific influences and experience. I will explore those causes with you while empowering you to choose a path that brings you to where you want to be.

I have several certifications including trauma, sex offender, and child parent psychotherapist and trainings in several areas such as chronic pain, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, working with first responders. I use a variety of treatment modalities aimed at meeting your needs. I have experience working with family court, SMI, DCS, and crises.

I believe that each person who sees me has strengths and capabilities that may be blocked by their current stresses. Having a person who can help you address anxious thoughts to allow for clear thinking can have a lasting impact on your ability to handle what is happening now and in the future.
