I enjoy helping my clients find peace and wholeness. I work with a variety of life issues from depression to personality disorders. I prefer to work with adolescents and adults. I have experience working with people who have experienced trauma, specifically sexual violence. I am an EMDR trained therapist. I have also worked with couples and families. I have experience working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community.
As a pastoral counselor, I seek to walk alongside people on their journey to wholeness. My hope for each client is to experience the abundant life that their Higher Power has for them. This may look different for each person based on their unique history and personhood.
As a pastoral counselor, I can address both the clinical as well as spiritual issues which often go hand in hand. I follow the client's lead as to their comfort level with these issues. I respect the dignity of all people regardless of age, race, gender, or sexual orientation.
