I am a Licensed Psychologist with a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, and I work with adults who are ready to find relief from anxiety, panic, OCD, depression, and other roadblocks that get in the way of living fully. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about noticing patterns, building skills, and practicing new ways of living.
My approach is equal parts practical and human. I use evidence-based methods like cognitive behavioral and exposure response prevention to make anxiety and depression more manageable, and Gottman Methods to strengthen communication and connection with couples. But I also believe in the use of humor, compassion, and real conversations.
