I strive to create a safe growth-oriented space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, working from an attachment-based focus to identify core beliefs and cognitions. I encourage clients to draw from their own strengths and resilience. Working collaboratively with my clients, I aim to foster new perspectives, increase self-awareness, and equip my clients with tools to create lasting change in their lives. I work with individuals grappling with various symptomologies, including depression and anxiety. I incorporate psychoeducation into practice to assist clients with truly understanding how the brain influences behavior.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from various modalities, including eye movement de-sensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), skill building, and various solution-focused techniques. My approach aims to help clients work through, process, and build skills to move forward and live life in their desired capacity.
