Counseling can help you figure out what you need to move forward. I work with clients to help them understand their feelings and experiences, explore options, and learn new skills. My goal is to help clients reduce disruptive symptoms that are not serving them.
I specialize in women with pregnancy and postpartum issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD and pregnancy or infant loss. I am EMDR certified which is useful for traumatic experiences. Additionally, I work with clients who have a history of physical, sexual, or emotional abuse. I work with children, adolescents, and adults.
