I take a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, using evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed techniques. Together, we’ll work to understand the challenges you’re facing and develop tools to help you move forward. My clinical experience since 2016 has included providing case management and therapy services in a community mental health setting, particularly within a Young Adult Program.
I've had the privilege of working with individuals ages 18 to 64, and I specialize in concerns such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, grief, PTSD/trauma, insomnia, OCD, gender identity and LGBTQ+ issues, and both women’s and men’s mental health.
Therapy with me is about more than problem-solving—it’s a space to feel safe, explore who you are, and make meaningful changes, whether those changes are big or small. I earned my BSW from Central Michigan University (Fire Up Chips) and my MSW from Michigan State University (Go Green).
